Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship over 200 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at "info@revemption.com" to see if shipping can be arranged.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package seems lost or significantly delayed, contact us at "info@revemption.com" and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow for some delays during high-volume seasons.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at "info@revemption.com", If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags and packaging intact.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, contact us at "orders@revemption.com". Please include your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer free returns?
No — Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for it to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes, but please note that return shipping and any duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

What size should I choose?
When selecting a product, you’ll find a Size & Fit guide located just below the product description. We recommend checking it carefully to choose the best fit for you. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for help.
How should I care for the product?
Please refer to the care label sewn inside each garment. It includes specific washing and maintenance instructions to help you preserve the quality and longevity of the product.
